Photo is developed and published by Axiem Systems. All intellectual property rights are owned by Axiem Systems.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS OF SERVICE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING Photo OR ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY AXIEM SYSTEMS. ("AXIEM," "WE," OR "US"). UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE APP OR ANY AXIEM SERVICE. BY VISITING, BROWSING, OR USING THE APP OR ANY AXIEM SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO IT.
BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING PHOTO, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS PHOTO. Axiem Systems reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at reasonable times; therefore please review it frequently. If Axiem Systems makes material or significant changes to this Terms of Service, Axiem Systems will notify you by means of a notice within the Photo app. Your continued use of Photo will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Terms of Service.
Monthly Subscription:
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of the iTunes cancellation policy.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, iTunes will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. iTunes will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. Subscriptions may be managed in the Settings app under:
Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store > View Apple ID > Subscriptions
